...Well, what's left of it. Whatever went down here recently, it apparently wasn't very healthy. The ever-imposing concrete-and-steel structure seemed to have been laid low by a combination of explosions, giant flailing limbs, and lord knows what else. A few fires had spread throughout what little flammable material was there, causing a low-hanging plume of black smoke to hover ominously over the carnage, but other than that things seemed deathly still.
Speaking of deathly, doesn't look like everyone managed to make it out of the battle unscathed. Man, that's a lot of blood.

The silence was quickly broken by the arrival of Hadris and Laejizhar, who were more than disheartened to see that they had arrived too late. There was no time to waste, however - the damage was severe, but it was possible that there were survivors. That had to be their priority for now; they could deal with the consequences of their actions when everyone was safe and recovering. "Flann! Septicemia! Can you hear me?!" he called out. Within moments a small voice sounded from under the destroyed structure. "Drew? That you, boss?!"Septicemia - who seemed miraculously unharmed aside from a few harmless scrapes and bruises - squeezed out from beneath the rubble. She dragged Flann out with her, who had returned to her humanoid form and seemed badly injured. Despite her poor condition, she had enough energy to be alarmed by Hadris' arrival. What was going on? They weren't supposed to be back so soon. Where were Chaude, Elemon, and Merah? Why did Hadris sound so... Flann's eyes widened as she focused on the ground, at the blood pooling around her. She clung to Septicemia's arm as though her life depended on it, suddenly forgetting how to breathe. The next words out of his mouth were going to be something like... "There's been a change of plans!" he informed them, hurrying over with Laejizhar to make sure they were okay. "I'll explain later, but our priority right now is finding and assisting the survivors."Flann winced. Of course. Of course something like this would happen. Hadris caught on quickly and paused. "Septicemia, take care of Flann and call for Herelia's team. See if you can get in contact with Elemon. Laejizhar and I will handle the rest until the others get here," he ordered. "Got it, boss!" Septicemia saluted, gently leading Flann somewhere clearer. Laejizhar looked over at Hadris and nodded to him, both setting off to find anyone who was still alive. ...Being found by an eldritch mass in a trenchcoat or the Ol' Space Drewcifer probably wouldn't be the most calming thing for anyone who was currently bleeding to death, but beggars can't be choosers.

Everything before the moment he was hurled out of a piece of technology was a blur to him. Well, everything that led up to this anyway. He didn't know what he was doing here in the first place, or how he ended up with this humanoid form. All he knew at this point was that soon after that happened, there were explosions and he got caught under the rubble and passed out. When he woke up, he immediately felt sharp stings all around his body. Under him was a weird puddle of binary code that vaguely resembled blood somehow, and it was still pooling. As if responding to the pain, Missingno's body began to glitch. He found an opening within the ruble he was buried under and began to crawl out, collapsing when he was only halfway out. Voices. he could hear them but he couldn't find the energy to lift his head and see where they were coming from. Then there was a familiar voice. "Missingno?! H-hold on, I'm gonna get you out of there!" Luca? How did he find him here? It didn't matter too much at the moment; he was pulled out from the rest of the rubble and laid down on the floor. The glitch was surprised to see that Luca took on a different form. "Surprised, huh? Well, I figured this form would make things a little easier for me. Anyway, I've been looking for you everywhere, you know. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't pinpoint your location at all until just now. What happened?""I wish I could tell you. I don't even remember what happened that lead up to all of this.""Well at least- ARE YOU BLEEDING? HOLY CRAP. H-HOW MUCH BLOOD HAVE YOU LOST?!""I'm...bleeding?""DAMMIT MISSINGNO THIS IS IMPORTANT! ARE YOU BLEEDING TO DEATH?!""How am I supposed to know the answer to that? This is the first time I've ever been in this kind of situation."

Hadris wouldn't have to look too hard for survivors; not too far away from where Flann and Septicemia had emerged from, a fairly significant pool of blood had formed around an arm sticking out from beneath a pile of concrete debris. It seemed that whoever was beneath it had been somewhat sheltered from the falling rubble by something large and sturdy, but judging by the amount of blood, whoever is under there is in really bad shape. Aside from that, a cursory glance about the area would turn up only human corpses and the occasional bit of smoking indigo cloth that was once an Infernal Guard.
Speaking of bad shape, there was a fairly significant blood trail not too far away from Missingno. Seems that whoever freed him from the rubble beat a hasty retreat.

Hadris wasted no time in attempting to free the unfortunate owner of the trapped arm, confident that Laejizhar would be able to attend to whoever was talking over there. As expected, Laejizhar hurried over to Luca and Missingno, attempting to make his body language as non-threatening as possible. "Excuse me! Are the two of you alright? Are you in need of medical attention?" he called out from a cautious distance, hoping not to frighten the two. deets

Luca looked at the blood trail, becoming concerned. He remembered that someone else had freed missingno from the rubble by the time he got there, but there wasn't anything else left behind except that blood trail??? what the fuck. Anyway, he heard a voice, turned towards the eldritch mass and called out, "I'm fine but he's losing a lot of blood!" Laejizhar would probably notice that Luca was not frightened by his appearance at all! details. Missingno couldn't really do anything gg

A short amount of digging on Hadris's end would turn up more and more of the buried figure. While it would be difficult to tell exactly who it was, based on the amount of blood, grime, and shards of twisted scrap metal, the fact that they were on the receiving end of one hell of a beating would be fairly self-evident. They didn't seem to be moving at all, much less breathing, but a faint amber glow emanating from the device strapped to their wrist might be worth investigating.
As for the blood trail, a quick glance at where it was headed would be enough to determine that whoever it was that was bleeding out managed to stifle the blood loss somewhat. That's good, at least.

Quietly relieved that neither of the two ran screaming for their lives, Laejizhar nodded to Luca and approached Missingno. "Do not be afraid. It may not look it, but it's harmless." Laejizhar assured him (and indirectly, Luca) before abruptly extending several tentacles with the appearance of viscera. They quickly wrapped around Missingno's wounds and detached, creating the most fucked up but also most incredibly metal bandages ever. He glanced over at the blood trail, worried for whoever was beyond it, then returned his attention to the distraught pair. "Are the two of you in need of further assistance?" he asked, looking back toward Flann and Septicemia. The latter's eyes were closed as if in some sort of trance (from what he knew, she was likely opening connections to reach Herelia), and the former seemed to be in a trance of a different and more unfortunate nature. He wasn't sure how much help either of them would be, and he didn't want to pursue the blood trail if Luca and Missingno weren't able to follow or manage themselves. Hadris, meanwhile, frowned upon realizing the apparent lifelessness of the body he had uncovered. Wondering if the device could be of use - whether that meant preserving the maybe-corpse's life or it was something he could use to locate others or call for further aid - he investigated it without hesitation. Details!

Those bandages... looked incredibly fucked up. Missingno should've answered Laejizhar's question, but he was distracted by the bandages. It was fair, considering where they came from. He was fascinated and disturbed by them at the same time. Well, at least it stopped the bleeding. Couldn't really do anything about the drowsiness the glitch began feeling, however. "Not really, I can watch over him. Thanks for the help, though!" Luca turned his attention back to Missingno, who had just fallen asleep. "Tired already? It's fine, I'll watch over you." He looked over at the two figures that the eldritch mass looked back at earlier, growing slightly concerned for the red-haired girl. "A-are you alright??"

The limb to which the vaguely computer-esque machine was strapped would be entirely limp and devoid of life once Hadris managed to clear the wreckage from it; their hand in particular looked rather like that of a boxer who had just went 40 rounds barehanded against a brick wall. Despite the occasional flicker and misplaced character, the device seemed to be functioning as if it hadn't just been crushed by a large slab of concrete and rebar just moments earlier. Almost as if registering his presence, the scrolling lines of characters would give way to a screen of legible entries, which Hadris would easily be able to read after wiping off the thin film of dust and debris that had accumulated on the screen.

...Interpreting it might be another story entirely, though. If he had finished completely excavating the individual from the mound of wreckage, their - her, rather - condition would be much easier to determine. A few remnants of her power armor clung futilely to the shattered frame surrounding her lower extremities, the gaps in said armor revealing a downright disturbing number of gashes, bruises, and broken bones. The bleeding seemed to have somehow ceased, but that was just about the only positive thing in the situation.
Yikes!

Flann glanced up at Luca, her eyes so wide that it almost looked like it pained her to keep them that way. She was shaking uncontrollably, hugging herself so tightly that her nails dug into her flesh. It seemed like she was trying to get herself to speak, but couldn't bring herself to do so. Septicemia, meanwhile, suddenly snapped out of her trance and spoke up. "Hey, Drew! I'm havin' a rough time calling Elemon! But Herelia-"Before she could finish a large, glowing, pink circle appeared on the ground near Hadris. A bright light poured from it and then it faded all at once, revealing a tall, pink-haired woman with pointed ears with a few others at her side. She immediately stabbed her staff into the ground, waving her hand across the horizon. "Team! You know the drill! Search and heal! Don't move anything or anyone until you know they're secure! Break a spine and I'll break yours! After they're secure, report back for recovery!"As her subordinates scattered, the woman - likely the Herelia that Hadris and Septicemia had made mention of - knelt down beside the gravely injured woman. She waved her hands over her, making various signs and motions with her fingers as she murmured words in a foreign language. Each wound would begin to glow with a pale pink light, weaving across the injured woman's body in intricate patterns, prompting the woman's body to begin healing itself at a vastly accelerated rate. "Haven't seen something like this in a long time." she muttered under her breath. Hadris watched, struck silent. Every time he tried to say something, the words left him. He stared out at all of destruction and at the slowly healing body of the woman before him, frowning. "This... this isn't going to be easy to fix." he said to himself grimly.

Luca was unsure of what to do about Flann despite showing more than just a little bit of concern. He looked to Missingno for advice, but he wasn't sure either. It also looked like he was lost in thought. The glitch paused for a bit before speaking, mostly to himself. Because it was all in his native tongue, no one could understand a word he said. Looks like he can't help either. Sighing, Luca carefully got closer to Flann, making sure not to alarm her. Was.. was he humming? Quietly singing??? Regardless, it gave off a calm, almost soothing feeling. Of course it stopped after a bit, and Luca finally said something.
"It's ok, you don't have to talk if you don't want to."

Within a few moments, Herelia's healing magic would meet with some resistance - namely, from the few gashes across the woman's midsection and forearms. Considering her apparent affinity for magic, Herelia might recognize the hallmarks of a restoration-inhibiting enchantment as the culprit, which combined with the fact that the wounds appeared to be induced by some sort of bladed weapon, would suggest that Flann was not the only combatant with whom the woman had to contend.
Speaking of other individuals, the search team would be able to pick up on the distinctive sound of shifting rubble from somewhere in the vicinity of Luca and co. Based on the sounds, the possibility of some portions of the lower level not having entirely collapsed was entirely possible.

Herelia frowned, not expecting magic like that to be present at such a scene. "Lovely. This'll have to be broken before we can continue, need to contact the cursebreaking department... we'll have to bring her back home. Anyone else with wounds like this, too," she muttered, calling a few members of her team to start setting up a teleportation spell. Just when Luca was beginning to calm Flann down a bit, she noticed the shifting rubble. Her face immediately turned white again as Septicemia flew past her and went to investigate. Laejizhar and Hadris rushed over as well, accompanied by a few members of Herelia's team. "Yoo-hoo! Who's in there?" Septicemia called out, prying off rubble where she could with the aid of the others.

Sure enough, with a few minutes of effort and some elbow grease, enough rubble could be shifted to reveal a partially uncollapsed lower chamber. The tell-tale signs of a massive explosion would be fairly evident, possibly giving some clue as to what exactly brought the building down in the first place; more importantly, a lone, ragged figure would be visible in the dim glow of the emergency lighting down below.
"Ow! Damn you, faulty pain receptors! I'll have to fix this in the next test batch."
The sharp, rather distinctive voice sounding out from below might be at least vaguely familiar to Hadris and Laejizhar, and definitely so to the two Representatives present-- Senna, who had not been seen after taking her portion of the team down into the lower levels of the building. Judging by the trail of blackish-purple blood on the floors, she had managed to drag herself up this far before pausing to quite literally piece herself back together. Both of her legs and her left arm were completely missing, the latter replaced by a nightmarish skeleton of amalgamated purple sinew and odd, metallic-looking crystal. Half of her face looked as if it had been blasted apart by the explosion, though a cracked, mostly-exposed skull and missing eyeball didn't seem to be slowing down her progress any.
"Oh, sure. Out of all of these uninspired, totally mundane bookahs, of course I get the one who actually knows how to fight back. And I didn't even manage to accomplish what I came for! I'm going to stick that damnable fuzzy oaf in a testing chamber next chance I get. Maybe he can actually be of some use then!"
Judging by the furious stream of expletives accompanying her angry grumbling, apparently the Procurator wasn't in nearly in as bad of a shape as she appeared to be at first glance. The whole regrowing of techno-organic limb thing might be a little off-putting to anyone watching, though. For the moment, she seemed a little caught up in restoring her capacity to move to notice much of anything else.
