i'm real heckin lazy so i'll reply to bug and black later, forgive me Since Black had taken several books for his collection, there were a few books unavailable to Nikolai. It was possible that he wouldn't be able to read the more heavily-enchanted ones, anyway, so perhaps it wasn't too much of a loss? Either way, there were plenty more books to read through: - L'appel du vide by Augustine Mirevoix
- Collected Reviews of Having Your Soul Devoured by the Discitus Union
- Why Everything is Pointless - A Continuation of Entirety Theory by Ganymede
- A Guide to Souls (for Children) by Puervus Mirifica (illustrated by Odette Mirifica)
- The Unconscious Universe by Remaelius Opal
- A Close Encounter With the Void by [...]
- I'm 99% Sure I Boned God by [...]
- Operation Guides for Project Recompense by [...] (foreword by [...])
Which one would he pick?! Stay tuned for more epic book-collecting/page-flipping action here on Dragontoast Z!!!!!!

|| - Back Room - || It was pretty astounding how much this Istra person could eat. And kind of terrifying! But let's skip ahead a bit instead. As Black would have seen in the previous untoasted interview and from general knowledge of the Discitus Union's publications, "INQ." stands for "Inquirer," in this case the author, Theocritus. Their usage of Istra's name over "your majesty" was previously granted by Istra themself after being pleased by the Discitus Union's offerings. Quotation marks indicate the usage of air quotes or similar gestures being made during speech. Brackets indicate descriptions of gestures. ...Well, uh... the next sections of this book don't seem to have very much opportunity to be as uncomfortable, at least!

Black's blazingly-fast reading speed came to an abrupt crawl once he got to this particular section of the book. Flipping back to the beginning of the interview, he gave it another once-over before letting out a deep sigh and setting the book down for a moment, presumably to stop himself from screaming externally to match the internal screaming going on already.
"Godssake, these people sometimes. I should know better by now considering who's involved in this, but I never learn, do I?"
Once he finished complaining to nobody in particular, he picked the book back up and continued on.
